Rainbow Connection: Baton Rouge LGBTQ+ and Allies Meetup
Rainbow Connection is a safe vacuum in Baton Rouge (and the surrounding area) for the LGBTQIA+ community, linear allies, and anyone in between to meetup and attach. This group is to make friends and find solidarity amongst our hold. Wherever you are on your journey - you are welcome. Whether you identify as linear, exploring, "somewhere on the flag", or a "Kinsey 6".
Rainbow Connection also serves as a networking tool, as well as a support and lobbying platform. We consent and encourage the voices of all queer people who want to expand in a gradual and positive style. We stand by consent culture, homosexual gender identities, gay sexuality, sex workers, alternative physical ability, and neurodiversity. As not all of our members may be "out" to their friends and family, please recollect that discretion is necessary unless otherwise agreed upon.
"Someday we'll find it, the rainbow connection. The lovers, the dreamers and me."
